Original y serigrafía para "el encuentro improbable", un tributo a Antonio Saura, Mano Solo y Lois Pereiro. La serigrafía, hecha ayer en el taller de la EMAO, en Vigo, aún no intervenida ni editada.

artesolidaria en la Casa das Artes

En montaje “artesolidaria.es” en la “Casa das Artes” de Vigo. La finalidad es recaudar fondos para AVEMPO (Asoc. Enfermos de esclerosis múltiple). Más de cien artistas colaboran donando sus obras (entre ellas, una mía)
In assembly "artesolidaria.es" in the "House of Arts" -Vigo-. The purpose is to collect funds for AVEMPO (Asoc. Patients of multiple sclerosis). More than hundred artists collaborate donating his works (between them, myself)

Y ésta es la obra que he donado. Se llama "Abrimos los brazos para recibir... el fuego amigo". Se trata de una crítica a las "guerras modernas", donde los civiles (como siempre) son meros muñecos cuyo sufrimiento es un simple "daño colateral".

Experimento - Experiment

Primera incursión experimental en el mundo paisajístico. Con la excusa del 5º premio de pintura "Juan José Fernández Leiceaga -SESE-" en Noia, este sábado. Hubo que sobreponerse a la lluvia, improvisar soluciones para temas que no había calculado. Al final, salieron los demonios del abstracto y la pintura se quedó a medio camino de algo, pero el resultado no fue tan malo.
Lo mejor, una ciudad dedicándole esfuerzos y recursos a la cultura, ¡en estos tiempos, qué osados! Felicidades a la organización y gracias por el bocata!!!!
The first experimental incursion in the landscape world. With the excuse of 5 º prize of painting " Juan Jose Fernandez Leiceaga - SESE - " in Noia, this Saturday. It was necessary to superimpose to the rain, improvise solutions for topics that I have not calculated. Después de mucho tiempo, de vuelta al taller. "El encuentro improbable", que tenía abandonado desde el año pasado, va tomando forma. Será una serie de 3 serigrafías numeradas, editadas e intervenidas individualmente por el autor. O sea, por mí. Una serie está reservada para uno de mis fans en facebook. Riguroso sorteo. Compártelo!!!!

Gracias a todas y todos. La noche de ayer fue inolvidable. El ambiente, alucinante. Y encima le buscamos novio (bueno, novia) a una de mis pinturas. Y el discurso, marciano. Tanto que olvidé dar las gracias, como se hace en los Oscar (el público lo merecía)
Gracias a Mila y Javier, por prestarme sus paredes, su ayuda y toda su ilusión. A Clave de Fado: Iria, Pepe y Gonzalo por sus fados (y otras músicas) que llegan al corazón, sois unos fenómenos. A Cati y Elo por su paciencia. A Yellice, Olalla y Alicia que también inauguraban ayer (una estupenda exposición llena de talento del bueno, en la sala BBVA, en García Barbón. A Nelson y Eva, por estar siempre ahí (nos hacéis crecer y creer). A Marga, María, Carmen, Pilar, Carlos, Fernando, y a Enrique (que vino desde Baiona), y a todas y todos que me presentasteis y cuyos nombre (soy así) no recuerdo. A Amador y su esposa, por su gran corazón (os guardo un cedé). A Patricia, que no pudo estar. A Grupo Sótano 5 y parejas sentimentales, Aída, Mayoya, Fina y las dos Marías, pedazo de artistas todas.
